I recently purchased a tR1ke that was partially assembled. It has the 2005 R1 engine. As part of the lot I purchased it had a y-pipe for the exhaust. I have fitted the 05 header (trimmed to remove where pipe turns up through swingarm) and an 07 header. Neither seem to line up with the y-pipe. What year exhaust is everyone running with the y-pipe? Any special instructions to connect the y-pipe? Thank you!
