Does anyone think this could be a pain in the arse to obtain a V5 for this engine? Do I need to apply for a V5 for the engine? The bike has a 5jj frame, and the engine is a mix of a lower oil pan from a 4xv and the upper engine is a 5jj. The frame is 5jj but the loom and clock is 4xv.
I know I dont need the frame, but what is likely to happen come MSVA time?
Anyone got any ideas? Or am I worrying over nothing?
Cheers

You'll have no problems with this. RTR

Im just a bit confused, do I even need to apply for a V5 for this setup?
As I wont be using the frame will I?
What do the MSVA guys look for on the trike, do they take down the VIN and Engine number?
Cheers RTR, I think I understand, just making sure

Once you have passed your MSVA test, you take your pass certificate and insurance etc to the DVLA and they issue the V5.
