Hello All.
I have bought a built Exocet. It has normal seatbelts in but nowhere to plug them into.
I want to fit racing harnesses. Does anyone have a recommendation as to which ones to fit and what would be easiest.to fit with minimum welding if any at all.
Thanks in Advance.

I used TRS Clubman 4 point harnesses. The shoulder straps wrap around the harness bar (behind the seat, below the roll bar) and the lap straps have snap connectors to eyes that are bolted through the floor to holed tabs that are part of the chassis. I believe the harness bar was an optional extra when ordering the chassis so if you don’t have one, I guess you’ll have to bolt / weld one in.

Hi,
I thought it had the bar on but now I see it doesn't. Are the harnesses long enough to reach to the bar below just behind the seats?
Thanks.

You have to have a harness bar. The chassis bar below it not the correct strength and is way too low. If you crash it will break both your collar bones as the force (of your weight moving forwards) will exert a (very large) force downwards.

I am puzzled, if there is no harness bar installed how can any seatbelt/harness be fitted?

Put up a pic of your car. You should normally have either tabs welded to the uprights to mount seatbelts to, or a harness bar 1/2 way down the roll bar, or both.
