As of the start of May 2020, we updated our chassis options available to the Exocet. We are regularly asked for changes and upgrades, and thought it would make it easier to list them on the order form.
So, going forward, both the chassis for the Mk1/2/2.5 and Mk3 will be offered in the options below:
Road chassis: Fully welded chassis with CDS flat top roll bar and integrated harness bar, alloy floor panel, transmission tunnel and front bulkheads. PVC side panels and rear bulkhead, grille mesh, four cycle wing mounts, two front top wishbone “bananas”. Steering column mount plate, nut & bolt pack, brake pipe, edge trim, p-clips, chassis end caps, self-tapping screws, rivets. GRP bonnet, rear cover, two front flat wide wings, two rear wide wings (to take up to 235mm tyre). Sport chassis: As Road chassis with full x-braced roll bar, welded steel floor and bulk head panels and additional chassis bracing
Track chassis: As Sport chassis but with a full 6 point MSUK spec roll cage

Great that more options are available but in my experience the more options available the more confusing it can become.
In the posted list it states what is included in the 3 options but I assume all 3 kit options include wing stays, bolt packs, brake pipe, screws, clips, rivets etc etc?
If the options relate to chassis only then it adds further confusion to state that the road chassis includes GRP body and wings but the Sport option appears to exclude GRP and even a transmission tunnel etc.
Please make options absolutely clear as potential customers may not complete an order if they are not sure what they are going to receive.

The order form (now electronic) details all parts included with the chassis, but for clarity the first post is updated with full details. The website will also be updated to reflect the options available.

That is much better now you have edited it. The mention of a CDS roll bar means nothing to many, perhaps in brackets you should mention that it is made from the stronger Cold Drawn Seamless tube. "MSUK" should be clearer. It means Motor Sport UK which is the body that controls racing. The MSUK Blue book provides spec for "safety cages" and the MEV cage is built to that spec. But many people just like the cage look and the term MSUK will mean nothing unless they understand racing regs.
The mention of "cycle wing mounts" and then "wings" is confusing, it could easily be construed as meaning aerodynamic wings. "flat top" cycle wings are used at the front although they are not flat at all so that could be clearer. Non "flat" refer to cycle wings with the frenched in rear lighting areas.
All minor points but worth a few seconds to avoid potential confusion.
