So the car is running ok when warm but when I first start it from cold it struggles to idle. It should rev to about 1200 rpm but for some reason it won't without the help of from me lightly pushing the accelerator. I have checked the air valve on the intake manifold which does move when hot and cold so that looks good. What is my next step. Any help appreciated. Dave

Maybe worth checking the air intake temperature sensor, I did not connect mine and the car would idle rough.

Maybe worth checking the air intake temperature sensor, I did not connect mine and the car would idle rough. Yep all looks good, tested idle air valve and changed thermo sensor still low revs on cold start  |
