Hi all I am using the mk2.5 donor and have purchased the MEV back box. The donor exhaust clashes on the tunnel and is not usable. I have seen a couple of posts trying to clarify the differences but what I really need is some help in trying to get from the down pipe to the back box using standard parts. Has anyone done this? Is it simply using a MK1 centre section? does this fit the mk2.5 down pipe? I really want to avoid anything custom at this point. Cheers!

Yes the back box hits the tunnel AND also the second Lamda Sensor. Many others have got systems made up including rear pipes for £200-£300 I think. I'll be doing the same but hope to keep costs down by using the MEV back box.
I cobbled together something just so i can drive it up\down street without getting gassed and to keep noise down.
I removed Lambda Sensor and wrapped a jubilee clip over hole, and cut out rear box and joined with cheap ebay straight section. I used a Volvo hangar on iron bar.
