Hi I am going to Mev on the 14th of September I would like to order a turn key but I have never seen one in the flesh or heard any feed back on drivabilty etc. I am engineer and I have built a couple of race cars from stock. My first car I purchased after passing my driving test was a part completed VW beach buggy that I still own and run. Due to children etc I do not have time to do a build but would like a BUSA for track days and sprints. Just after some feedback from owners or possibly a look at one before ordering.

I'm obviously more than a little bias towards the busa because I have one, but if its going to be used as a track day car then get one you won't be disappointed. Utube slugshot exobusa for some track day footage. Its a pity you didn't come to the MEV owners fun day last month at Curborough sprint circuit there was 2 of use there with busa's.

I have a Rocket with the 2.0 Zetec and throttle bodies, has around 190hp.
Despite originally building it as a "show car" it is now used mainly for clubsport sprints and hillclimbs.
If I was building again I reckon i would seriously consider building a Mevabusa.
I've never driven one or even seen one, only in pictures and videos.
Main reason is because I've seen the way BECs wipe the floor with any of the conventional cars of any type in the events I've done.
