Anyone fitted a proper screen on the Exo. Thinking of fitting one and replacing the fly screen

The "proper screen" surely is the flyscreen.

A proper screen is one where a stone can't hit you on the face. Fly screens are good but don't offer much protection

Get a pair of these. Full protection and cheaper than a large screen

I forget the details but ended up with a 5.75mm thick single sheet Lexan brand polycarbonate that was rated more durable. I tried a thinner piece but it was too flexible. I used 6 GS power’s wide tube mounts and added a thin layer of rubber gasket. The upper edge is not mounted But only slightly flexes at 118mph. There is no annoying vibration. I did have to narrow the lower sides slightly follow the frame tubes.

There was a thread on here somewhere, from Stuart (MEV) I think, about using a MGB(? or similar) screen

I have an idea to use a classic mini screen and the complete front frame. Maybe chop the screen and cut an weld the frame to match
