Enjoying the strip down of our donor in very cramped conditions (sharing garage space with our VW camper!), but have come across a problem - how do the driveshafts come out? Haynes manual says puller for one end and simply prise from the diff end - I cant manage either! Is there a knack to this?!
Cheers

Most people leave them in but if you need to replace the boot, heat, press, bigger hammer. If they don't come out with a little persuasion, it's going to be easier to replace them. Some just drop out, others have had 20-30T of pressure to pop them

Mine came out dead easy. To pop them out from the diff just place a large screwdriver in between the diff and the shoulder on the end of the shaft and just pop it out
