Hi Sammy,
Sorry for the delay. As mentioned in my PM to you; I have no plans just yet to produce a pedal in Aluminium but may do so in the future. I have too many other products in development at the moment,(non MEV). Standard pedals are available.
Thanks,

I now have a throttle pedal kits available for the Rocket priced at £27.50 + postage and packaging. The kit as supplied is pictured below and includes all the components needed to build and fit the pedal to the standard Rocket chassis. All you need to do is tap-out the pedal stop (M6) and the cable adjuster thread (if used), assemble, weld the footplate to the pedal arm and paint! The pedal is mounted to the strap that supports the brake and clutch pedal mounting via two M8 bolts, (supplied). Assembly instructions are included. For builders that have not yet had their cars IVA’d I recommend that the leading edge of the pedal is profiled before painting to remove any sharp edges, even though the control pedals are exempt from the edge test. The throttle pedal design compliments the Wilwood brake and clutch pedals perfectly and is fully adjustable to suit the installation. Pedal travel to full throttle is 60mm when using the standard FORD throttle body, (measured at the footplate). (illustration to show pivot bearing)Pedal fitment to the Sonic chassis is also possible. Kits are normally in stock and can be despatched within a few working days of cleared payment. Please contact me by PM for further details. hi joker looking for one of your throttle pedals to fit a sonic onto the wildwood pedal box

The venhill kit comes with a load of stuff for fitting it.
I would wait to it turns up before buying anything else, possibly save some dosh.

BTW, turns out you can customise the colour of them, and on the spur of the moment I went for red for the throttle cable and yellow for the coward-pedal lines :-)
