disagree im afraid i have NO sympathy for any business which gets lazy and presumes they can sell stuff just because they have a recognised name. This is the boot-up-the-arse westfield needs to bring back innovation. it was innovation which originally created the iconic 7. rant over ;D Will

Shame on Westfield. nigel

I think he was cold and fed up, not a happy man or an interesting one to watch. I have examined a Westfield Sport Turbo and I felt it was genarally well put together. The sump was very low to the ground though. Remapping, a lockable lid, a bracket on the console and a raised column mount cost nothing to sort. Maybe the wheel needed to flex for approval. Apart from the use velcro the other points are just subjective statements. However once it is compared with mainstream manufacturers and not "kits cars" that is an up hill battle. We all know they handle well, understeer is controllable if you can drive well. He must have had both feet on the middle pedal to get that nose dive, I cannot imagine that it had the dampers set so far out. In defence maybe the car was set up for road and then he chose to test it hard on a track. It is a relativly new model so maybe modifications will be made now. I commend the firm for their efforts at export markets and hope that they do not lose sales just because they used a small piece of MDF with no hinge and were unfortunate in having a grumpy old man test it. Grumpy old men should not test bare bones lightweight open top sports cars in cold weather.
