I've just sold my Mk2.5 tonneau cover on eBay for £73, which I think is too much. Tomorrow, I'm selling a rear light cluster for £22.50, which I think is too little.
I was originally going to sell the tonneau cover for about £15 as I had no idea of it's worth. Instead, I auctioned it at £0.99 and watched it climb. Likewise, I priced the light off similar ones already selling on eBay, but then the buyer said Mazda had quoted him £145 - boy was he a happy chappy.
I'm not trying to make a fortune, and I know there are some part prices on the mevltd MX5 Donor Car, but would it be of assistance to "newbies", if we posted a spreadsheet of what parts we'd sold, where we sold them, and for how much?
That way there's at least be some guidance, and ideas for parts we might discount as being of no value.
Just a thought!

Helpful thought, indeed. Perhaps add in a column for date of sale (seasonal price variations)
