Hi Bob - I hired an ordinary LWB transit for picking up my Sonic - fitted fine. Shouldn't be any need for a Luton body. Don't forget to take plenty of things like webbing straps / blankets / rope to moor and protect the various bits and pieces in the back for the journey home! Have Fun! Martin

Well a short drive up the M1 and the hardest part was getting the van in to the back lane there were lorries parked everywhere but after a bit of shuntingthe van was ready for loading 10 mins later the chassis was in and a few blankets and straps and then the bit were all loaded then the uncomfortable bit of paying still money well spent. Leighton seems to think that the chassis is possibly the loudest colour one so far I think its just fine but you will see me comming in it!! Straight to work and the floor is fitted and one front upright assembled (rally design alloys) Now starting to sort the rear uprights so I can modify them to fit the willwood rear handbrake calipers. Right, time to get spannering again and have to sort out uploading the photos !
