Really like this kit, but have a bunch of questions, sorry.
What size tires are on the pictured car on the site? What are the wheel specs width, height and offset on that car? What is the biggest tires you figure will fit under the wings? Does it matter what year miata you use or will any year work? Do you think a turbo or supercharger would fit?
Thanks.

205/40ZR17's. Never tried a turbo in so can't help with that one, seems a fair bit of room around the exhaust, how vague is that, sorry

Engine bay photo for reference: I would think there is enough room for a turbo. Might have to get creative with some of the plumbing if you have an intercooler - Stiggy would know better. I'm not sure how much room, if any, is available in front. Here is an example of a Flyin' Miata engine with turbo: The turbo and manifold are not too large and should fit in that area around the exhaust. Most of the supercharger designs seem to be fairly tidy, so I would think those would be an option as well. Even the Eaton M45-design that sits near the exhaust seems to be small enough to fit

Thanks guys, looks like a supercharger would fit the easiest.
So will any year miata work or only certain years?

As far as I can tell, the site specifies that ALL 3 different types of engines (and generations) will fit. That means the 1.6L in the 1989 debut model should fit just as, say, a 2009 2.0L. I believe Mazda has only very slightly changed any chassis design, the only difference likely being how much engine bay space you have with the 1.6 vs 1.8 vs 2.0... and so on. Hope that helps!

Thanks Kevin. Yeah wasn't sure if all miata subframes bolted up the same.

First Exocet to leave our shores, not too far to go though. Hopefully Andy will be in at a show next year, Newark or Stoneleigh, no pressure Andy. The blue was a brilliant choice BTW IMO Stiggy Attachments:

Awesome!! I didn't know it was being collected today until I got a text at lunchtime to say it would be here on Thursday morning!
The blue looks good through the bubble wrap. I've not been this excited since I was a kid lol

Wasn't quite as straight forward as we thought, but then neither of us have done anything on cars except change the oil!! Been a bit of a learning curve.
Will hopefully get round to putting a build thread together. Still have some Mazda stuff to sort out, like a cambelt change and a few other bits and bobs.
