Nice ideas on the logo, for my halpenny worth I think the typeface needs to be an italic or a script type. If the typeface used has strong verticals it will always make the car look like it is being supported by the letters and hence look "stationary".

You squished it! The only thing stopping you from using any of these is the car pic. If you want to avoid copyright issues take a profile pic of a Replicar against a plain background and I'll mess with it for you. I couldn't find that one ont' web so I don't know who owns it.
