Bonnet aerocatch fitted

Plenty of measuring and taking your time and its not to bad. Pleased with outcome

Slam panel neatest solution nice alloy panel to hold locking mechanism for aerocatch

Bit of a mock up dash to hold the zx10 clocks nice and central.

Front wheel arches fitted and I decided I'd like them removable as hoping to get carbon dipped after iva so used rubber lined p clips and nice washers.

Another job done was the joker accelerator, after my father in law sprayed it for me it was bk to fitting. Made a plate to mount it and spaced it accordingly.

STEVES old headlights that fell off I caught then haha modified the brackets and on they went too.built in mini bike indicator's visible from front and back I believe

Re did all front panels too as ones that came with car weren't very good at all so nice smooth edges and trimmed up for neatness

Nice new fat 50mm alloy polo direnza rad with direnza 10" fan to help keep her cool.





Also gona have to look at an additional water pump to help out as I don't think to bike lump will push it that far

Front grill cut and shaped also edged to stop those super sharp edges.

Decided to fit a floor to front to hopefully aid cooling by forcing air through the rad seen a few builds go down this route so can't see it hurting. Only a basic vent system couple of louvred vents riveted in.

Got some goodies in post, going to go for original zx10 switch gear instead of focus unit or just push button switches so a bit similar to the mevabusa. Be a lot easier to wire into original loom and should be a lot more robust.

Modified tunnel couple months back cut slots out for bars in chassis and cut return off to get a better fit, gona have joint near front just about where the dash is going to fall. Riveted alloy angle to floor and drilled and tapped that to secure tunnel to also going to carbon wrap and edge all this too make it a bit prettier and aid stopping any rattles

Made a couple of side panels to make the centre console more complete may line the inside and use as a bit of a glove box. Those clecos are so useful glad I got some make things a lot easier. Eventually all the console will be carbon wrapped too when I'm sure nothing else needs addind it cutting out.

Decided to get heating tubes swagged just to be on the safe side a company in Nottingham called coolex hear transfers who specialise in alloy rads etc did it for. Just piece of mind more than anything.
