Sorry to hear about your spark issues. Have you tried different plugs or narrowing the gap? I know that with both turbos and superchargers spark blowout can be a problem. I have a 1.6 with a turbo, I was able to change the plugs and re-gap them and the car runs like a champ now. Also, I would take a close look at your fuel mixture when in boost at the point it's cutting out. Obviously, there is a lot of room for adjustment with the megasquirt.... Also...I paid for the code to enable the autotune feature on my megasquirt. I can't say enough about how well it works over most of the RPM range. The only place I had to correct from the auto tune changes was down near idle rpm's. I needed a bit more fuel at idle. I read a few posts back you were going to a tuner. Are you confident in your tune? I would just hate to see you spend money on the coil packs and still have the same problem. So I trust my tuner! But I started thinking about plugs. I used the ZFR6F-11 per the FM specs, and gapped to the FM specs. I have sense read that I should try the BKR7E gapped to .025. I just installed those today, and took it out for a quick spin. No issues so far, but need a few more miles of open throttle, max boost to be sure! So far the log file looks good!

Geoff, any plans to corner-balance at some point? Curious as to the weight distribution and overall too. Somewhere in this thread you had referenced, I believe, about 1,400 to 1,500 pounds... Thanks much for all that you have shared.

I was able to find TSE's COP system for sale locally used. I paid $150 for them, hooked them up this past weekend. Spark issues are gone. I'll post pictures of the install.

I'm glad to see more and more California builds. They give me hope that one day I'll create a beast like this. I'm also in the South Bay, do you think I could drop by for a looksie sometime? I couldn't seem to private message you.

So I've since cleaned up some of the wiring in the engine bay. I also pulled the motor to fix a slight oil leak. In doing so I noticed that fuel line going from my fuel damper to the rail was badly kinked. So I replaced it was an AN line! Also since having a baby the time in the garage now has some new 'tools'.

Just saw you posted it FS on CL today .. Kinda wish I didn't start my build now. Could have saved money and just gotten yours done and done. On the other hand .. shoot me a PM with your prices if you're willing to sell the wing / wing mount separately.
