I spent most of the time drinking coffee and watching TV. The turbo and lines practically fell onto the motor. I tested the newly installed injectors for leaks, and all is good. I have the new tune loaded into megasquirt. I just need to get my new radiator in. Hoping that it arrives on Wednesday. I ordered this: I have a dyno apointment on Friday afternoon. I hope to have it ready Thursday. Cutting it close! I'm leaning towards the Supermiata Radiator you show. ANy issues with mounting or it's effectiveness?

No issues what so ever. I have used three different radiators:
1st: NB Mishimoto Radiator 2nd: NA Mishimoto Radiator 3rd: NA/NB Supermiata Radiator
I like the supermiata the most. For three reasons:
1) It fits the best (is a little bit shorter so it fits better in the nose cone section). 2) Even with the turbo, and hitting it hard on the backroads, I rarely see above 190'ish. 3) With the turbo and the coolant reroute, the Mishimoto wasn't going to work because of the top radiator inlet and the intercooler piping

Awesome, thanks for the feedback. You made my decision to go with one easy.

I'd like to know if it will fit in our NZ frames? TIA.

My Supermiata radiator has been shipped. If no one else gets the measurements before it gets here I'll measure mine and post them. It will be easier that way than installed.

So the turbo has been working very well. The only problem is I have spark issues at higher RPMs. This is a common problem with 99-00 Miatas. Enter in TSE COP kit. Lead time is 2 weeks, the good news is they are right down the road from me. I can save on shipping! Anyone use this kit?

I read through this entire thread just now. Really glad to see a California native who was able to complete this build! I hope to eventually build an Exocet based on my current 96 Miata and then add a turbo because I'd finally be able to.
Anyway, I really appreciate all the info you have been providing steadfast! Maybe one day I'll see you cruising around the bay!

i bought the same coils...took a little longer than 2 weeks but he answers emails almost instantly and the quality of the kit is excellent. haven't run them yet, imagine they'll fit the bill
then if you ever want to make the jump to LS coils you'll already be wired for it.

I also just noticed that my old pictures are gone (expletive deleted imageshack). I'll get around to rehosting them this weekend.
