I was kind of wet and slippery, but there are worse things in life . The quality of the video is not too good, I did something wrong with the GoPro, sorry... Point of interest at 13.45: stunning acceleration...

Looks like you found some great driving roads on that trip, I'm looking forward to learning more about the trike at the TKC show but this video certainly helps show real-world performance - interested in feeling how well planted they are on the twisty bits.

How did the guys on bikes do at keeping up when you were leading?

The tR1ke is faster, especially when the roads are a little wet. But, when it comes to overtaking, a bike is faster. That is why I let myself been overtaken by a friend (somewhere at 13.00 in the vid), he overtook the cars in front of me and signalled me when the road was clear for me to overtake the cars. But, it depends also on the bikes, the ones my friends drove (Kawa Z1000, Honda VTR1000F and Duc 900SS) are really no match for a tR1ke... And that feels good (especially since I am disabled by the cause of a bike accident).

Great vid!!!

Last saturday I was lucky to have a testdrive on the passenger side in a dutch tR1ke ready for MVSA. That was really awesome! a week earlier the owner managed to do some track time along with race karts and with passenger the karts could keep up with him cornering but not in straight line LOL!! Managed to get one front wheel airborn!

I get many questions from people if a Mev tr1ke actually handles well as its jut a 3 wheeler. your trip gives some nice general impression of the fun in a tr1ke.
