Hey up Jacko!
Cool build - liking the colours!! Considering your frame was fabricated just after mine - you have got alot more done than me in the same time - doh! - i must try harder!
Having said that, i did spend a rediculously long time cleaning the engine up though...
How did you get on with cutting your FG panels up?

Lego - Quite a way off getting it running, have yet to start the electrics but I'm getting there. It would be nice to do a plug and play. ;D Mightylad - cut all of the fibre glass panels / seats, except for engine cover hinge, have been trying to think of alternative method for the open / closing, to help try keep the structural integrity in the cover. It's surprisingly easy to cut and so the potential to make errors. I've found a dremmel type tool very useful. Plenty of things to do

Hi looking a very nice quality build, great colour choice plus the carbon fib looks spot on, which engine are you using?
Cheers Exo

exo, cheers. I'm running with a box standard 1.8 Focus Zetec, certainly goes in easily enough, aslong as you remove the plastic gear change housing. Not looking forward to cleaning it though. its minging I'm struggling for build time at the moment, if I can get everything connected mechanically to the engine as an alignment check, I'll be able to remove the engine and clean it when I have the odd spare 5 mins. But besides the electrics its lots of small little jobs. Jako

Well done Jako
Nice looking build, I have used carbon fibre sticky over ally pannels with no problems after 1 year.
Keep going with all those little jobs, just like eating an elephant one mouthfull at a time
Cheers
