Guys what would be a good paint for wishbones, subframes etc. I have never liked hammerite

Powder coating for the big stuff but you will still need paint for certain other bits. I used Hammerite smooth which went on really well. I much preferred it to the spray Hammerite.

You'll never get a good finish without blasting and powder coating. I had subframes, wishbones, roll bars and droplinks done, you can get away with painting the rest. Make sure you mark all the bits to be blanked off (any threads and where the bushes go) - although the powder coater complained how long it took him it would have taken me four times as long to clean it all off.

powdercoat on teh subframes and arms. everything else sandblast, spraypain primer and then spraypaint
