can a rocket be converted to use an mtx75? at the build stage im talking about.
okay, rephrase that.. how much work is needed to?
the standard focus track is no different between the mtx and ib5 box`d cars, and as far as im aware even the driveshafts are the same length?
so im presuming it would be the overhang on the end of the box which limits the engine bay space?
can it be done without ruining the whole setup/ geometry of the chassis or compromising its strength?
any help appreciated!
id really rather have a rocket then a sonic, and an mtx over a gertrag or ib5!

I'm not sure, what gearbox does Dinosaurjuice have on his oil burning engine. I suspect it will fit but it will add weight to one corner of the car
what is the advantage of the mtx over an IB5? the IB5 can be modified with an LSD and stronger gears like GSX160 parts has.

to keep the focus rs mtx75 with the ratios and the lsd as the build would use an rs engine..
an ib5 built to cope with the same torque i imagine would be costly plus the cost of an lsd on top..
