Hi All
Our wings have arrived today with a small packet of nuts and bolts etc. The large rear wing has several filled holes on the underside but I have no idea what I'm supposed to bolt where.
Could someone with a fitted rear wing post some pics for me to have a look at the fixings please?
Cheers all
M

Well, we decided rather than mess about drilling holes in the frame, we'd just weld it on instead. Job done and then off to JP Exhausts in macclesfield to replace the standard ford header and fit a packable exhaust, et voila!

Yeah, I think I prefer it without the engine shroud, and the exhaust is absolutely wicked. We got a 4-2-1 manifold from Burton Power, and the rest made up by JP Exhausts, their craftwork is unbelievable.

do you use it on the road with no engine cover on?
does look alot better without it, but dont the police give you any hassle for it?

Well, no, it's illegal without a rear plate.
We took it off, so that JP had room to do the exhaust work for us, plus, we weren't sure at first whether the manifold would fit under the cover without modification. We did find the motor was quite a bit peppier with no back on though, so I think the cover is too close to the throttle body trumpets.

Well it's now finished! We have the front: and the rear: You might noticed we have replaced the damaged air filters (earlier pic), which caught on the bolts inside the cowling which now has a hole cut in it, as the trumpets were being starved of air. Everything we want (this year at least) has been done.
