Prior to discovering MEV and the excellent information available on this site I have lurked on quite a few forums but never really contributed. Spending most of my time on pistonheads (where I first heard about the Exocet) & retrorides. I have also flicked over locostbuilders although never got to engrossed.
I'm interested to know which other sources of information are currently distracting you from the task in hand.

www.performanceforums.comBe warned though, the language is ... 'blunt'; lots of interesting info and pictures though; extremely distracting.

hi Alan
This is by far my favourite forum, full of good advice and obviously very MEV centric. However, I am also a member of the Bristol Kit Car Club, who have an excellent web site and forum, very good for local events ( I am karting this weekend for example) and I am also a member of the Robin Hood Club, although I have never built one, it is another good source of local like minded people.
I guess you need two types of club, a national single make club and a local all make club to cover al the bases
Cheers
