So I'll hopefully be fitting the floors over Christmas but was wondering, if the ali sheet is a couple of mm smaller than the frame will I still have to do something with edges?
Thanks Dave

The sheets only too small if you try to draw the templates in one go. Trace the first side as close to the edge as possible, then move the chassis over and trace the other side next to it. You end up with a few offcuts that may come in handy.

hi Dave, I've just put my floor on and I cut it a mm smaller all round so I don't have to put any edging on. it does not look like it needs anything to me and I do believe that it will be ok but if there was a problem I would just run a small bead of sealant but I'm sure it will be fine
