Sorry, just running through, I'll update with some better details as soon as possible, but; what are you doing as regards the upgrade of the front and rear springs? ? Rear springs moved to the front and new uprated rear springs fitted. I'll have to check as I cannot remember but 300 front, 450 rear sounds about right?! Which Wilwood caliper did you go for and how are you connecting it to the rear upright? I assume you had to make up some spacers. Also what size rear disc did you go for. Due to time and work contraints, RTR have done this work and have made me brand new rear uprights which the wilwoods have bolted straight on to. Don't believe there are any spacers. 11" (I'll check!) disc. Fits under the 16" Team Dynamic wheels, but don't think I'd get 15's on! Sorry, not sure this is of great help, I'll try and get some details and edit this post!

Hi Paul
The Rocket is looking good, I cant imagine that there are many production cars that can beat it performance wise.
I read that you were upgrading your springs, I have also seen that a few other builds have done the same. The original kit has 300 at the rear and 175 at the front, what were you thinking of upgrading to. I was looking at 400 at the rear and moving the 300 to the front.
What size and make were you thinking of getting, only asking as I know nothing about the parts so any advice would be great.
Cheers
Ned

Hi Ned, The springs were upgraded. The orginal rear 300 was moved to the front, and new 450 was put on the rear. Drop Leighton @ RTR an email as I don't actually know where the spring came from as RTR changed it at the same time as the new rear uprights they made for me. I do know that it had to be made as off the shelf the right size was only available in yellow, and I wanted black, not sure if this was from RTR's usual supplier. I possibly have a note somewhere on sizes though, I'll check.. Whilst the photo's have not been taken in the same place, the evidence in upgrading the springs; Before (CKC at LLandow in May); sbkmotorsport.com/p880113972/e88c3dcfAfter (CKC at LLandow in September); sbkmotorsport.com/p251067641/e27d59ed2Regards, Paul

Hi Ned
I got my springs from Merlin Motor Sports, but that is because they are just up the road from me.
Cheers
