Hi Shane - try "RTV side mirrors", in the eBay search, and assuming your eBay works like mine, you'll get some options.
The other option is to get clamps like those in your pics, I think mine were ATV bar clamps and then I bolted a side mirror through the hole in a similar fashion to your photos.
Am sure there's more options, but hope that helps.

Thanks mate, Ive already go the mirrors they are exactly the same as in the pictures, its the clamps im struggling with cant find them anywhere not even ebay?!?! |

Thanks fin, I thought about scaffolding clamps but it's figuring out how to screw/fix the wing mirror onto the clamp was hoping for a simple solution as I've seen it done many times (Google images) but may they have all be fabricated and not brought of the shelf |

Just an idea but have you looked at headlamp clamps from motorbikes? I've seen large-ish clamps on some mountain bikes too.

You should have a look at Greg in pa build he has mounted his on one of the smaller down tubes
Which
Means you could use smaller clamps

Might be worth a check of the 40mm measurement ... my tube's 38mm/39mm (or more likely actually 1.5").
I had to dig around too but found clamps intended for certain models of Harley Davidson front forks.
Not sure if they're still to be found on ebay but I got:-
Black 39mm Turn Signal Relocation Kit Fork Mounts Clamps For Harley-Davidson

A normal 8mm nut usefully is held captive in these for M8 mirrors.
There are also indicators-on-clamps for the same Harleys that I've used as my side-repeaters.
Don't forget to watch out for radii re. IVA.
