![]()  Hello I am nearing completion of my Exocet Will hopefully be racing it round Knockhill soon and other track days hill climbs etc. I have the race chassis which i will require a VIN number for to make it road legal has anybody done this? My spec so far is 2015 Race Chasis low millage 1999 mk2 1.8 mx5 engine etc RX8 yellow injectors TD04 Turbo and turbo parts Full Stainless Steel exhaust custom made. ME221 ECU- any recomendations for tuning in Glasgow ish area? New Brake discs and pads Calipers overhauled Upgraded fuel pump High Capacity alum radiator FMIC JDM LSD Oil Cooler De-Powered Rack Up-Graded head gasket wideband Any ideas of what else to do? Does anyone have any cheap trailers for sale? Cheers |

Hey
Will be good to see you out and about. I did a couple of years in the lowlands sprint&hillclimb championship and it was great fun. Hoping to get mine out for a few events towards the end of the season.
What have you done as far as the suspension is concerned? Have you got uprated ARBs?

They are doing some finishing touches will give exact sizes etc when the car returns

Ok cheers I was looking at some alternative radiators as ours broke I'm using a Mk2 golf radiator, perfect size in my opinion. Does require a separate expansion tank though. |
