Also picked this up beautiful little thing to add oil pressure and temperature gauges to my car. And, other things, too.

Finished up the fenders today and I'm liking the results well enough so far. Unfortunately, the fenders themselves kinda leave a bit to be desired, there's a lot of pitting in the gel coat. I'm okay with that, I've been planning to replace them (and the mounts) sometime in the future with aluminum fenders.
I kinda hope to get some miles under the car tomorrow if it's not raining too much.

You should really go to a little longer bolts on the fenders as you want 2 threads showing past the nuts. You are not all the way through the locking part of the nut yet..Might have to get longer and cut to length..

Already accounted for, I have a new order in to McMaster-Carr for 25mm low-profile socket cap screws. The ones I'd originally ordered were 20mm.

I'm curious to find out if you are satisfied with your headlights, once you get to use them in the dark. I think we have the same ones (sourced from Exomotive, called Dominators) ... correct ??

Well... The fenders are on, look pretty good and do keep me from blasting myself with pebbles. Win! But there's some minor rubbing and adjustment will be needed. Bummer but kind of expected though I had been hoping that wouldn't be an issue.

I had no idea that BSP to NPT cube thing was a thing. I make my own with tees and it looks ridiculous. I will be ordering one right away.

Oh also you may want to put some washers on your fender bolts. Mine showed a bit of stress cracking on them so I put massive washers on.

Related, I just snagged a Megasquirt PNP ECU for 10% off w/ free shipping from 5X Racing. They've got a Cyber Monday deal going on right now with the coupon code "cyber10".

Currently out of town but catching up on stuff. First, crappy eBay coil overs are crappy and The dust boots on them are already crumbling after less than 200 miles. They were a $250 stop gap replacement for blown stock shocks so I'm not to broken up about it but I think that I'll be purchasing a much better set of coil overs as Christmas present to myself. Before heading to Chicago for the weekend I did another test fit of the hood to confirm where I need to trim. Man this thing is starting to look wicked.
