Unlike Stuart I have political axes to grind and sharpen and use to remove these mendacious, life-blood sucking parasites who may well start with good in their hearts. So:
Remain - Tories get a reprieve but are weakened. Stuart is not happy and we have even greater drains on our GDP to the failing member states of the EU.
Leave (1) - A referendum in this country is advisory - the gov. is not required to accept and act upon the decision of the people. If the majority is small they will ignore it. If it is large they will find it difficult to refuse to act, but expect them to try everything to safeguard their power. It may improve Stuart's business model.
Leave (2) - the balance of probabilities is that to leave the EU would be financially detrimental to the majority so it would be sensible and logical to vote remain. However, Jean-Claude Junker at al. are absolutely bricking it so it may be that a 'tactical' vote to leave will increase our leverage in the EU, despite their bluster, allowing Stuart more freedom in his designs and the rest of us more money in our pockets to afford them.
Thankfully, today should be the last day of this thread.

I doubt it...
After the Scottish one the YES voters are still going on about having another one so do you really think that which ever side loses that will be the end of it, especially if it is a close decision.

Well that's really a pain in the hole. Aside from all the obvious issues, and the gloating gobshit3 Farage's ridiculous face, I REALLY have to get going on this IVA prep; there may not be any obligation to honour it once it's no longer a fellow-EU nation's standard.
All my friend's with UK-born kids running home to get them Irish passports, at least there'll be 1 area of growth.

Its been some interesting days working for a non UK company, based in Denmark. Lots of attention, and lots going on that IS NOT put on the BBC, Now called the Brussels Broadcasting Corp.. Business wise, 85% of all my companies workload, is in UK, Scotland, Ireland, on and offshore. They announced on Friday their commitment to the UK. It will not affect them. Service as usual. The public over in DK are demanding their own referendum, they want out. It dominates the media over there. Wont be long, the house of cards will fall unless some serious reforming is undertaken. I was Teaching Italians, Greeks, French, etc last week.. they also are demanding.. Its hard to walk around the Danish town without getting asked about the UK. Going to be interesting times ahead

From what I understand from TV and BBC over here USA everything will remain the same till article 50 is put into play. That won't be till around Oct.When new leadership is elected.. Then the new laws and rules have to be written and put into place for trade and immigration.. That is going to be a real job.. That reported will take 2 years.. Trade is a big thing so is the open borders.. Who pays for the influx of people now for food and housing and medical. Is it the working man like here how can't really afford more taxes on them and lose of jobs.. We have the same problem over here from government and Clinton who want to allow/bring 65000 more people in country and give them housing, food, medical,money..That goes into billons of dollars.. Instead of help the people of country that need the help.. I do hope Trump gets in as it seems he is the less of the 2 evils. To much big government now.. Charity starts at home.. I'll get off my soap box now.. Let the flaming start..

As the polls imply that half of our members are on each side and as, statistically, that should apply to non vote elegible members too, any comments or posts are going to disagreeable to half the membership. Thus as a non eligible member I am going to lock this thread so we can return to more simple things in life such as the aesthetic value of Red and Shiny things However if deemed benificial, or locking is against members wishes, it can of course be unlocked. I will add though that a little inside of me wishes more members had in fact posted their thoughts as it would be interesting reading for me due to my only having seen news comments and not the opinions of the real people who are directly affected.

As in the US, the tax payer will be footing the bills for all changes, so that means the rich will be contributing a miniscule proportion of the money they declare to be earning, whereas the rest of us will be contributing about 20%. All UK TV news is doing as it's told. US TV will probably be using AP or Reuters who will be doing as US gov. tells them. Ask Donald his views on UN Agenda 21 before it's too late cos if he doesn't have any he shouldn't be running. Check these out: Agenda 21"Take back your power" - US award winning documentary film.
