Kate has her engine all back together now and had her first pass on the dyno she made 200 bhp with out even being set up I am well happy . She gets set up and tune on Monday let's see what she ends up with . Next step after this has to be supercharge her and forged setup. Then reinforce all wishbone mounts and suspension mounts might even go 265 the rear tyres get more traction

Hey Maz, what's the basic setup you have that got you to 200?
I have enough trouble handling the stock 2.0l setup at the moment but you know how things go...........

it was the set up with dyno-tech ecu running just throttle bodies now it has had the cams done and flowed head. so to set up will be different so it needs tuning and setting up now

So basically you added throttle bodies and then cams and flowed head to give you 200 but needding a tune to max that.
Out of interest have you any idea what it was or would have been with just the throttle bodies alone and tuned with that only.
What make are the tbs by the way?

All the inlets and outlets on the head have been made bigger and smooth so the air flow is grater witch means more air flow more power

Same sort of set up as Maz.
I have Hayabusa TB's (From the same company) with the OMEX 600 ecu and got around 165bhp with the cat in the system.
Around the 200-210bhp mark is about the limit with Fast Cams and head work, if you want to go beyond this your looking at upgrading internals and using a Turbo/Supercharger. Then you could be anywhere up to 400bhp with a zetec.
I read that fitting the Rotrex supercharger kit (£3000 just for the kit) to the standard engine will get you around 220-230bhp but I would be weary of this on standard parts.
Mabbs got his to just over 300bhp using it but it was way off being a standard engine.
TTS, the company the supply the rotrex kit quoted my £7000 to make my 2.0 zetec hit 400bhp...
