Question for anyone who has fitted a harness rather than the mx5 belts.
Where did you floor mount them? Just straight through the standard holes MeV have provided?

It has been a while since my last build update but I have been plugging away at the car over Christmas. I took it for its first shakedown run and it didn't miss a beat so really pleased. As a result I have the IVA booked for the first week in February, so I am just finishing all of the little touch up jobs such as edging and bolt covers etc. I am not 100% happy with my seats as they dig into your legs when driving which makes it very uncomfortable so they might get swapped in the future unless I get used to them.  simple image host  photo uploading sites free |

It's been a while since my last update and I finally have the car legal and on the road. I failed IVA on emissions at first attempt which led to me swapping the cat on it, this solved the issue and got past that hurdle. I've done about 600 miles in the car now and so far I am really pleased with it. There's a few niggles I will solve over time but for now I am just enjoying it.   |
