Hi all,
Looks like it's all been going on while I have been away on business,,,
Mark, sorry you felt you needed to cancel the order, as said Kevin is very busy, but he always gets there,
As said we operate as a part time business, with full time employment things get busy! My job is especially busy at this time of the year which will continue through to winter time, so this can push delivery times on occasions, however the issues with Fred's was a problem with one of our suppliers tooling which failed and produced a poor quality finish, and that is something I'm not prepared to compromise on, this is now all resolved and Fred's kit will be ready to ship next week,
The next kit is already in the jig under construction,,,
Cheers Scott

Sorry you cancelled your order. I believe I would have been persistent enough to make contact with Exomotive to sort out the details. Just be patient, Roger Worcester, Massachusetts @ Roger, Never beg to an unwilling vendor/dealer. It will only make him smile Sorry Mark things didn't work out for you on the kit I'd like to have seen an other builder joining this forum. I have met quite an amount of lazy vendors (italian style is a pain) and I'm not open to deal with them whenever they feel like. I'd rather give my money to someone who cares of his businnes and fortunately, Scott showed good service to me. It's good to see you hit him in his wallet. Perhaps you could order one directly from Scott? I have done this with an australian product sold by a german vendor which shows identical service you experienced. The australian couldn't contact the german either and he was willing to do business to me. If a dealer is left to be desired you need bypass him. With luck the kit may end up cheaper due to currency and without dealer's share. Just be sure you get back your deposit. br, Erik

Sorry fellas, I'm just not a team player. Anyway. Looks like Erik and I are more like-minded on this subject. Perhaps thru experience. Oh and we both like hideous avatars.
Thank you Erik for your support and understanding.
