Hi All I am getting ready to finish my build and need some help on where to place the dividing line between the clear coat that will show the carbon fiber on the windshield part of the bonnet and the red body color for the rest of the bonnet. I was thinking of coming up about an inch or so on the windshield part and maybe slightly higher in the rear. Also in the front part I wondered if coming to a point or small radius might look better? Any help to see what this might look like would be greatly appreciated. The rear engine bulkhead will remain carbon with a clear coat. Thanks for any help on this and I can send any photos needed. Hi Edwin,
You need to tape it on and see how it turns out. On a 2D image it may not show the real deal and might be useless. Photoshopping takes more time than you taking a pencil+ruler on a printed image.
having the eco-exo image on the bonnet in carbon/clear finish looks posh too.

Hi Erik
I suppose you are right. I just wanted to get an idea and thought that might be a quick way to get an idea of the look. I guess it is time to get out the paper and tape and do it the old fashion way.
I plan to have the rear decal on the tank cover and we will see how the front decal will look after I get the line right.
Edward
