I found a great place to provide wheel hub spacers that are exact mates for the 2002 ford focus hubs. The website is below and the fellow I spoke with is Jason. My understanding is they custom machine these to order and very reasonable at $65 a piece. The specs are as follows. 4X108 to 4x108mm with 50.8mm thick hubs. The inner diameter of the spacer is 63.78mm based on the focus 2002 hubs and will fit concentric so to avoid wobbling. adaptitusa.com/4x108to4x108wheeladapter.aspxAlso I love this pictures, My friend Brett will buy a Mini soon and we will mirror this images

Got some work done this weekend, I had an half day on Friday which helps a lot. Sides panels, steering, and started on brakes. Brakes lines are next. I have been postponing buying brake pedals till absolutely necessary, it might be coming up on that time.

If you have any issues with the rear calipers they are exactly the same as the standard Focus model except the carrier is different so any spares should be easy and cheap to buy.
I have them on the rear of my rocket and they seem to be performing well.

This one seems to fit, I had the wrong caliper for the normal 9.96" rotor but I bought the right one. The problem I have now is I over torque the parking break leaver and the piston moved in, now I have to figure out how to back out the piston. In the instruction it said specifically not to put pressure on the parking brake. Thanks Brian I put one on with the pads and it seems to fit well. The other

Get your self a caliper rewind tool, I picked one up on eBay for less than £20 as had to do the brakes on my regular car as well as working on the donor.

Here is Dave headers coated with ceramic , they look great can take the heat and will not rust inside or out. Sorting out the brake calipers

Did you coat the headers inside as well as out then?

Where did you get the headers coated? How much did you pay? I couldn't find any local places could only find Jet Hot, Swain Tech and Nitroplate.
Seems a bit of a pain to ship them out, get them back, etc
