Perhaps he can afford it
What a show, the weather was the best I can remember, and 24 hours at the show ground was an absolute blast Met up with loads of Moggers, and a few Robin hooders, saw all the stuff on the excellent MEV stand, went out for a meal (pretty poor but nice in the sun) back to the show ground for a few drinks and finger pointing from the Elf and Safety brigade, and rounded off day one with a few more drinks in the bar with a decent band. Today was BBQ breakfast, zip round the shops for blue roll and rubber gloves before the crowds got too bad, then the off road course with the rest of my family and Will, more lunch, an excellent stunt show and then good buys and an excellent drive home on the Fosse Way
I could do that every weekend
See you all at Newark (hopefully in James Bond Fancy Dress)
Cheers

My first kit car show and what a great one to visit. Really good weather and and impressive show of cars. Even got myself some great bargins and sorted the suspension issue thanks to a quick chat with Stuart. Looking forward to taking my own exocet next year

I should also have said how me and my son had a great time on the Sunday. It was good to see the normal crowd and to meet up with others from the Forum.

Fantastic weekend, I did not get poisoned by the pink burger, I did sell kits, no one fell asleep at my seminars and no one asked me if I was gay even though I wore a light blue suit. Medal of honour went to Geoff who drove from Ireland, well done Sir. Sorry about your troubles Andy, perhaps Newark in 6 weeks eh. Think long and hard before you decide to come along though as these MOGGERS look to be getting on a little too well! Unless the MOGGERS hand shake now includes tongues and ears!
