If the weather is really good i may go up on Sat pm, and pitch my tent on the stand. If the weather is normal, all be up on Sunday afternoon, but i'll still want to pitch my tent on the stand, so please leave a bit of room for a small familly tent.
rocket in attendance with luggage rack
Cheers

Andy I am not sure who is in charge, but I love the idea of a good looking stand, obvioulsy the Rockets would be in front but as to the size of the turn out, so far i can only see... rockets Scott (sun/mon) Andyp (sun/mon) Mattsmev (sunpm/mon) Adrian (sun/mon) r16 (sun/mon) Steve (with fresh IVA cert) Sonics Nigel (sun/mon) Outlander (sun/mon) There must be some more... Cheers Mattsmev

Got a bit of a problem, I brought a trailer a few weeks back and checked the dimensions of the sonic against ones that have been listed on here, as I did not have all the suspension and wheels on my car at the time. I thought toady that I would check the trailer over and prep it for the journey next week, I thought that I would put the sonic on to it aswell as a dummy run, to my horror that sonic does not fit it is to big. The wheels over hang the trailer by a fair amount and I cant get it between the wheels on the trailer.
I have been looking and phoning around most of the afternoon trying to find a trailer to hire for next weekend but they are all to small, unless I want to travel 100 miles to go and collect one. So if I have no luck in finding a trailer I will not have the sonic at the show.
As you can imagine I have been working hard to get the car to the show and it all now seems to be invane :-(

More than a royal pain !!!
Even with stock rims the car is still to wide to fit the trailer, I think that it may be an omen as the car is not complete and I would like people to see it when it is finished.
I will still go to the show and come to club area but just without the sonic.

Hi Mark
Could you get away with some space saver wheels? they are quite narow and may help a bit. I have two, and am only in Corsham. Only an idea, but it may work. You may even get away with two on the front wheels just to get the car past the trailer wheels
Cheers

Thanks for the suggestions, I did think about that, but the front of the sonic is wider than the rear so the wheels would have been hanging off the sides of the trailer !!
The trailer has now been sold, listed it on ebay and it was snapped up within an hour.
Have been thinking what to do all last night and today and I have come to the conclusion that I would not realy like to show the car until it is 100% complete. I think that it would give a better image for myself and also for mev products.
As said I will still be coming to the show so hope to see you all then :-)
