I went to fill up with fuel and it was slow, so I modified the inlet and used standard MX5 parts, I shortened the metal pipe and it is now perfect. Cost, zero.  |

I decided to add a centre bar to the side strakes. Just an off cut of alloy does quite nicely.  Once covered in vinyl I added the louvers which slot in from the rear.  The MX5 instruments look convincing with the alloy rings around.  To the nose I added 12mm bars to mimic the Aston Martin grille.  |
