Ok,Edwin,,,,Did one relay work the 4 lights ? One site I went to said each light needs its own. Another dealer has one for 4 or 5 lights & I would like the brake lights to get the attention of people behind me. The unit is $99.

I welded socket nuts on my chasis for the tanks and all other items which one would normally rivet on the pipes. Have a browse in my thread for pics br! Erik

This is a message which Val (seebee70) wanted to share with us all, but he couldn't manage to get it on the forum : Here is a pic of our updated shock mount with the stock dog bone! We supported the reader of the trike frame and let the swing arm suspend then put a bolt through the bottom of the shock! Then we put the oem shock mount on the top of the shock! Then we pushed the shock and bracket up against the shock mount on the frame marked where it needed to be cut away! We cut it away then welded a plate (with a hole) between the trike shock mount! We set it back on the ground and gained 2 more inches of height in the rear! We have 5 inches in the rear and 4.5 in the front. I recommend getting an 800lb spring for the rear! We used a 600lb spring & it seamed a little soft to me! It compresses to easily I think!

Yes this is the relay you want, sorts all the flashing speed out, I think I bought a Motrax one for about £20, plug and play straight into the loom. Job done.

Mine supports 6 so far, I have 2 x front LED CREE lamps at the front, 2 x LED 7 strips on the side and an all in one cheese burger array at the back so multiple LED's, handles it all fine, of course its only used for the turn signals, but handles all 6 lots flashing on hazard lights.

You need banjo bolts on that location.
Yeah, it is very tight there. I even have to losen the cilinder to place the banjo bolt (pressure switch is integrated on my version. have a look at my thread for pics this evening or every other thread over here. There is good footage available on this forum!

Hi Val, Your link is ok just add "[ img ]" before the link and "[ /img ]" after the link. I used 90 degree exits. I have made already over 1000 pictures of my build an none is showing the master cylinder connections to the brake lines..... These I found:

Hi Val, This afternoon made a picture for you. It is a tight fit down there. But it fits.

The perspective of your photo makes it seem like there's plenty of room but we all know that's not the case. I'm guessing the master cylinder must be un-bolted to place the parts in position & fit the long bolt thru the banjo bolt holes. I just viewed Erik's solution & asked him where he found the parts.

Don't forget the bolt fixing of the steering house. My tr1ke has only about 5mm of space between the nut and connections.
