Well done I think you need some hot grippy Tarmac to test that beast to the full, roll on summer.

Don't be daft nick, there's no such thing as too much power I was happy enough with the r1 motor until bob'n came up with the mev trip up north. And as you sold your tR1ke I knew you'd want to come...so with you and your caravan in tow and all those hills in Scotland, I thought It was a good idea.

Yeah I see your point now, with my fat arse providing much stability and traction, this will need to be a much more powerful device in order to tow the caravan too, and all our camping gear for sp00ning?

Have you had have to weigh it yet?

Have you had have to weigh it yet? You been on the plonk already andy, lol I haven't got any way to measure it accurately enough,it would max out my old method with the bathroom scales. I would say at least 40-50 kg more than before, the motors 20kg more plus the dry sump tank and the extra 3L oil it holds, plus the swirl pot and high pressure fuel pump, plus.....

Well, after failing miserably at trying to put weight on over christmas to gain a bit of ballast (traction) I swapped the worn out toyo r888 for a normal road tyre. It grips much better in this cold weather, but still can't give it more than half throttle should be ok in the summer though I still might need a lardy passenger. PS... turn sound to max

A couple of updates done this week, the first is a re positioned fuel filler. This is an 80L per min water pump which is controlled along with the fan by the little flashing box of tricks under the busa clocks, the pump and fan will automatically keep running after the motor is switched off if the temp is higher than a pre set temp. This pic shows the new gear poss indicator, it also fools the ecu into thinking the motor is in a high gear, this eliminates the power restrictions that nasty Mr suzuki fitted Also you can see the combined oil pressure and temp gauge, yes the temp tonight was 3.4...nice.
