Hi chaps, to answer your question regarding the handbrake cable,i've made a alloy block thats bolted with a countersunk 10mm bolt through the back of the caliper bracket, i've made it long enough so i can get a ring spanner on the wheel spindle nut. Ill put a pic of it on here tomorrow.
eric, i think venom sorted his handbrake by takeing the slack out of the cable and got it working well,i hope. vtR1k thanks for info on the caliper thread size, i just need brake master cylinder thread size, i think they are wilwood looking at the pics.... cheers.

Master cylinder is UNF 7/16-20 or 9/16-18. Definately they are willwood, so you must be able to find it on their website. Sent from my HTC EVO 3D X515m using ProBoards

Nice neat job, it looks strong enough, you could always ask Luke at RTR to weld it for you. I would weld it, had my bloody TIG not packed up....

So do you think you might be built for Newark Kit Car Show?, if so, do you fancy joining our convoy down?

Hi nick. i'll be in my garage every night +weekend to try and be done for a convoy to newark, im in Hull so i don't know how that would work.
You know better than me how long it takes to do even the smallest of jobs. Im going through all builds on the forum trying to work out what i need, even daft things like bolt lengths on suspension, anything to give me a head start, cheers

Hi Slugger,
Once I know I have passed MSVA, I will give you a run down of anything you need, no point until then as I could be mis informing you, then at least I can measure things, give accurate dimensions and heights of things. As soon as my TR1KE is home I will get whatever info you require to speed up your build.

I am trying to work ahead in research as much as possible so I have more building fun in a nice pace. Still I noticed many things are not posted in clear writing for reference purpose which consumes a lot of time to sort out. I think I am close to an 80% wishlist at this moment regarding accessoiries which seems to be the most difficult part LOL!!
Hehe, I hope some do a shameless copy on my build. If not it wouldn't be of any use to contribute to a forum right?

I ordered brake hoses + fittings today, I'm going to have a go at making them up myself. Next on my list of things to decide on is what wheels to get, yours look nice and light as well, ill go for white though and i can't decide weather to go with 15 or 17in. I don't suppose you know what the dimensions the hub fittings are, the teem dynamics website quotes 108, i assume that's the stud centres and 35mm offset, i thought the kit setup needed 38-40mm offset.
