Exciting news for MOGGERS. It just seems crazy how the kit car shows are all held in the shoulder months, MOGGERS will be treated to a "BRING EM HOME" event at the MEV HQ. Our track has been repaired and a 2-4- 1 new pub is now built only 100 yards away, free camping and corner weighting and tracking/camber adjustment equipment will be available for free use, a great time for all and a good chance of sunshine. The date is now fixed at 25th August. Places will be limited to 40 cars. Price will include camping for both nights. To be paid on a first come first served basis by paypal to our account which is named info@mevltd.co.uk Price is £20 per MEV car and driver. £20 per extra driver. £10 per passenger. Spectators are free. No dogs or small children allowed for obvious reasons. There will not be a trained medic or fire officer on site. You will be driving at your own risk. No one will be permitted to drive the track unless they have attended the driver briefing. The site owners will not accept responsibility for any losses or injury however caused so please do not book if you do not understand. Full written disclaimers will need to be read and signed on the day by everyone using the facility. This is not a race or speed event so timing will not be allowed.

Pleas see Google earth pic of the track as it is now, we will be removing the trees around the outside of the track and providing run off to level grass areas. We are also importing 200 tons of pea gravel for the run off at the small circle end. We are also going to pile tyres to form a cushion around the end of stone outcrop, these will be held with a sheet conveyor rubber from the quarry. Fencing will also be erected for safety reasons. We also intend to get a golf car to use as a fire tender that will carry extinguishers and an office unit with traffic lights control for Nigel to sit in and be in control. We need a porta loo so if anyone knows of a cheap one that would be great. Just need volunteer first aiders. Do we have any of those between us? My finger nails are too dirty for that task. Wow, those are ambitious plans. This event sounds great. I hope someone tells complete kit car mag, we will be the envy of all the other kit car manufactures. I feel like ferrari who have there own circuit, but with a better class of person in the owners club.
Stuart, this is a great idea, brilliant stuff. llandow charge £2000 for a Saturday, so i am sure you will be able to make a few quid too - if you fancy running a sprint circuit at weekends
Excellent

The MEV circuit is only available for MEV owners. I do like the snob value!
