I got an e-mail today as below.

Im sorry but the printing department had a problem with a couple of the jackets, so I have had to order in another two to get re embroidered and printed. I will be intouch later to let you know whats happening.

Will give them a call tomorrow to find out what is going on.

I got this e-mail this morning from the supplier.


Morning Andy,

That’s no problem they will be ready by the beginning of the week, it was the R067x Back print, the press made the back of the jacket really shiny as if it had burnt the back, but I think its sorted now, the replacements are being embroidered at the moment and should be reprinted today.

I gave them a phone so I'm hoping to go and collect them and post them out on Tuesday.

Hi All

I collected the order to day from the supplier to day but the printing department had a problem with the jackets.
They can't seem to print the logo on the back of the jackets.
They showed me the jackets with the back printed and they looked poor with the black of the jacket coming through the colour of the logo and the fabric of the jacket also getting marked from the heat of the process.
They have produced the order with just the front of the jackets embroidered and a order with the front embroidered and the back printed for me to pick from.
I didn't think the damage to the print and jacket on the back looked good and if it was my jacket I would not have been happy with it. Therefore I decided to take the jackets without the printing on the back.
The price of the printing on the back was only £3 per jacket so that will be refunded and will be posted out with the jacket.
They gave me a jacket with the back print on to let you see what they are like so I will take it to the AMM on the 19th for anyone to see.
I hope that I made the correct choice and everyone is OK with this.
Please let me know your thoughts on this.
