Yep, that has now been pushed to the top of my 'potential next purchase' list!
It just needs a few odds and ends sorting (ride height, chrome tailpipes, etc), but then again that's what a kit car is all about. That is a really strong base and doesn't need much doing to it.

Hi All, Have to say that looks very well designed . is it based on a series 1 or 2 mx5? i was looking for a donor for a sonic but i might just start looking for a clean 5 and go down this route.
Well done.

It looks great I was really impressed when i spotted it at Newark! I think it would look even better on a set of 16" wheels and lower suspension. Heres a couple of quick Pshops:

Its seriously cool looking , i really like the cut aways on the doors and it defo looks better with the light covers more factory finish than kitcar if you like. Does it still have the boot area or is the back window fixed? Only leave the questions when and how much??
Nicely done .

How weird, there seems to be a lack of side repeaters, maybe they fell off, shame as they looked real cool when lit as they had been "MEV'd" Gosh my web address has gone too. damn stickers! It looks like I left the lights on too! Rear window is bonded in as you can reach the back via the reclining seats. Weight is much better as the front and rear bumpers and soft top with frame are much heavier than the GRP replacements. Nice little teardrop van to tow Will? Just done a 500 mile trip, perfect, down to Brighton and along a bit. My fav moment was when I closed in on a passing car on the motorway. The guy hung out and asked what it was so I handed him a leaflet! Favorite comment was a guy I heard telling his partner that it was a 90k Tesla. I may make an electric one!
