WOW! It looks great!!! I remember I had already seen your Sonic7 at one of the last shows (I cannot remember which one ) but I do remember the windscreen looked very neat and inkeeping with the rest of the car. The roof and especially the rear screen only make it better. Can I ask you a few questions? 1- How easy (...or difficult ) do you find getting in and out of the car? 2- What is the headroom like with the roof on? I wonder if I'd fit being 6 2", and I noticed that the headrest seem to be very close to the roof. 3- Did you beuild the panels yourself or bought them from Stiggy? If the latter, how much do they add to the standard kit price? Congratulations for the stunning Sonic! Jose.

Hi All Its not the easyest car to get in to , i am about 5'7" and have plenty of head room , if you use the standard mev seats you would have a lot more room. fiberglass roof panels are made by MEV the doors i designed my self , everything is removable even the windscreen , to put it back to just the fly screen, still have some work on weather proofing IE,rubber seals etc, Glenn

;D ;D Hi Glenn I see your upgrade is at your usual high standard of workmanship, certainly makes the Sonic an all year driving car. Just started mines and I am going to take a lot longer than anticipated due to new work commitments. Regards John

This is one of my favourite Sonic7's... and certainly the inspiration that has driven me forward on making one. In terms of the "price" how much additional spondoolies did it work out to for the screen and fibreglass? Obviously the other additional items like wiper motor, demisting, etc are additional and subject to personal choice, however, the screen is the biggie. I believe made by Pilkington Stiggy? (I read that on piston heads I think, I don't recall... it was surfing after a New Years sherbert )

On another note... the windscreen has to be E marked, yadda yadda... does that stay true for the side and rear windows or can some form of polycarbonate do too? (should reread the IVA manual really... but you've been there already )

Hi Glen
I am interested in taking a closer look at your sonic 7.I did try and catch you at stoneleigh yesterday. Is it possible we can arrange a suitable meeting place where i would be able to take it for a test drive to make sure it is the right car for me. Please can you advise me on the minimum you would be willing to accept.
Thanks
Nigel
