Hi Andy
Nice seats, I've been looking at those and the ones from Intatrim. What seat runners have you bought, I was going to get the CBS runners as they do them in 2 sizes.
I will have a look around the Stafford show on Sat, I think CBS will be there.

Hi Ned
I had a set of runners from the blue seats that didn't fit. They are a wee bit short for the new seats mounting points but I extended them with some flat bar. Hope this helps
Cheers Andy

Hi All Had a few day's off but the weather has not been great. Still got a wee bit done with the fuel filler. Cheers Andy The problem now is the fuel pump doesn't prime now when I turn the ignition on. I must have done something when I have been tiding up the wires in the engine bay.

Hi All Just a wee update on the progress. Weather has not been good so progress has been slow. I have drained the water out & refilled with ant-freeze ready for the winter. Also started to make the fuel tank cover & fit the mesh on the front grill. The new mirrors also arrived today. Photo's below. Working away next week then off to the USA for two week's the following week so this will be the last update for some time. Cheers Andy

Where the cooling hoses runs past the exhaust, we have made them in Alu pipe and that is now fixed to the bulkhead. Flexible hoses each end will allow for engine movement. (we hope) From memory, in the rear we are using: 4 x 32mm 90 degree bends 1 x 32mm 135 degree bend 1M x 32mm flexible hose 1 x T piece (2 x 32mm + 1 x 19mm ) 1 x T piece (3 x 19mm ) 1 x 1M 19mm flexible hose 2 x 1M 19mm Alu pipe 1 x 0.5M 9mm flexible hose Do you know what pipes are needed for the front ? Trying to get mine ordered this weekend

Hi Jon
I used 32mm 90 degree bends on the front. 3 X 90 degree bends + 2 X 32mm connectors on the drivers side and 2 X 32mm 90 degree bends + 1 X 32mm connector on the passenger side.
As for the bracket for the steering column I used a bit off angle iron with a large hole in it for the rose joint and two holes for bolts to fix it to the plate on the frame,
Hop this helps you. Let me know if I can help you any further
Andy

Did you get your pipes from DPH ? Can't find any 135 degree bends on their site.

Hi Jon
I cant remember the name off the manufacture of the hose that I used. I got them from the local auto shop (Wheel Nut's) that has been very helpful during my build. I will look tomorrow as the name is printed on the hose.

Hi Jon
Looking at the photo on page 2 it is AHS the is the manufacture. I used some 135 degree at the back so they do do them.
