Hi all,
Due to moving abroad my beloved Exocet must go. It is 99% complete.
All it needs doing really is;
- fitting rear fuel tank cover (wiring is all done and sorted)
- adjustment of front brake mounts.
- fitting a gear leaver boot
and a few other tiny bits and bobs.
(I may get round to doing these if I have time)
There are however two main problems I can't seem to fix, 1) the revometer - I have tried different coil packs and different cluster but no luck. I had removed timing belt and don't some work up front of the engine so I have knocked a sensor but I do not know. 2) the Fuel gauge, the fuel float is not seized and plug I snot burnt but again I am not sure what is causing this issue.
There are a few bits and bobs which are not ideal as I had a long term plan for this car but wanted to treat it as a running project.
My long term plan was to buy a new engine and fully rebuild out of the car, keeping the current one in so that it would be drivable.
I honestly feel that someone who was proficient would be able get this through the IVA inspection with a good days work.
I can't seem to add images but please message me for price and pictures. It is a dark red frame with black body panels and seats with blue 5 point harness.
