hi bob i used the focus loom and rtr harness and i was bricking the job but the way to do it is to separate the job int sections ie engine lights and then the pig hazards the way i did it was to scrap the focus fuse box and relays (keep the bits though) you only need 4 fuses for the engine and i used extra for the lights splitting them up into permanent live and switched live as for relays once i worked out that all they are is a switch (low power switching high power )it all came together one thing though TAKE YOUR TIME hope that helps

hi the fuel pump runs off 2 wires and the sender unit runs of the other 2 what happens is the guage runs backwards full is empty and visa versa just swapping round the wires does not work you can buy a small pcb to correct it for £20 ish but it made no difference to mine hope that helps . (PS) the accuracy is questionable

Hi steve the main fail was i bolted rose joint to aluminium side panel for steering it was solid But i think he was in a a#&ey mood so rtr made a bracket then with my speedo mounted In the cent re he said the radius wasn't right and he managed to fit the 100mm ball on the offside rear near the flywheel and found a sharp edge . But after all that he said it was a good build
