Hi Paul PM sent with sketch of wiring as described in previous post. Tho only change is to switch a relay (using the switched ground) when main beam is selected, and use that relay to supply a live feed to the Dominator main beam bulb. It makes sense to use 2 relays (one for each side) given that the MX5 already has a left / right split on live feeds, and maintaining that split will ensure you don't overload any existing wiring. final checks, 1/ who understands the wing mirror check ? if so can someone explain it to me please ? 2/ it is my understanding the wing mirrors don't have to be c marked if they are fit for purpose is this correct ? 3/ with dominator 2 head lights which side does the dipped beam go on? inside or outside? any help would be good cheers

Looks great Paul - good work. If you haven't already; you can buy a 100mm diameter polystyrene ball for a couple of quid in the crafts section of eBay etc and use it to simulate the IVA test.
The only question mark I could tell from the pics was the edges on the bananas.

Looks very good! I believe you need an Interior mirror (even if you can't see out of it!) Can you see the indicators from 45° the other way when they are mounted on the wheel arches?

hi buddy mikeyboy is lending me rear view mirror and indictors are 20deg as bellow 750mm cheers paul

just been for pre MOT all passed lights pass indicators pass brakes pass emissions pass really please with outcome I know iva has many more checks but hopefully they can be sorted on day fingers crossed, it drove really nice on the road too
