Were are you located.. Both the MEV and Exomotive guides are just basic what need done.. They don't cover every nut and bolt turn, bushing replacement if needed, how to cut wire harness if you want to. not necessary but looks better, lay out of dash.. Ask a question you will get an answer.. Many builders on here didn't know a wrench/spanner from a screwdriver when they started or anything about auto electric.. Rear some of the builds on here from there start to running.. When you start a build start a building thread in the Exocet section.. add your location, year or donor and engine size.. If you have questions now just ask them..We are here to help..

You don't get instructions, you get guides. In many cases, the guides are sufficient, in some they don't look like they will be now, but with the confidence and knowledge you'll gain on the journey, they will be by the time you get there. In others, they're just simply not enough, but that's where reading other build diaries and asking questions on here comes in. Nothing is insurmountable even for a complete newbie.
When I started out I'd changed wheels, and could top up fluids. I was handy at DIY, had dabbled with simple electric circuits as a kid and had built a push bike up from a frame so could use a spanner.
I now find that I'm answering "how to" questions on all aspects of builds, as well as having completely re-wired my donors fuse boxes to consolidate what I want out of my kit.
Dive in - you won't sink.
